Tri-Force members often arrange ad hoc runs throughout the year on the WhatsApp group and there is plenty of advice given on various training plans and ways to train for differing run distances.

Quite a few of our members also train with  St. Albans Striders. Their Sessions are at Westminster Lodge Running Track on Tuesdays and other sessions on Thursdays. More information about the St Albans Striders running sessions.
